Brian is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive clinical experience in serving children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities. Brian has conducted ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and communities since 2009.
Jonathan Nott

Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan has worked in both accounting and finance in several industries, including disability services, since 2007. He specializes in financial analysis and small business accounting. Jonathan received his Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Master's of Business Administration from the State University of New York at New Paltz. It is important to him that his work has a positive impact on the lives of others.
Katrina Gittins

Managing Director
Katrina received a Master’s in Special Education from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, as well as a Master's Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Texas Victoria-Houston. Katrina has over 9 years working both personally and professionally with children with special needs. As a parent of a child with autism as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Katrina has a unique insight and understanding of the challenges that families face.
Liala Tesfa

Program Supervisor
Liala has a Bachelor’s degree in ABA from the University of North Texas, a Master’s degree in Child Development and Early Childhood Disorders from University of Texas at Dallas, and a Master’s level certification in ABA from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked with children with special needs for over 10 years. Additionally, Liala has siblings with special needs, which gives her a unique perspective when working with families and creating goals.
Adriana Diaz

Program Supervisor
Adriana is an alumnus of Texas A&M University where she received a Master’s Degree in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. Adriana has served individuals with Autism and their families since 2012 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in September of 2019. Previously, she had been certified as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Adriana has practiced ABA therapy in the clinical, home, and school settings.
